Privacy notice

This notice is for neuroncloud.si. It was written on 27 October 2026. The site is in English.

Who

The controller is Dejan Cvetkovski, based in Skopje, using the name neuroncloud. This is a solo practice. No company registration is stated here.

Privacy requests go to [TODO: contact email]. Set contact.email in src/config.ts when the mailbox exists.

What the site does today

The pages are static files. There is no account, no comment box, and no analytics script. The booking calendar is a placeholder. The email form on the blog does not submit anywhere until a newsletter address is configured. Fonts are files on this site, not a request to Google Fonts.

Booking

When a Cal.com intro call is connected, the details you type into that calendar (typically your name, email, the time, and any note) are processed by Cal.com so the call can happen. Their notice applies to that form. An embedded calendar may set cookies on Cal.com's side. This site does not embed it yet.

Email list

The blog form asks for a name and an email, and nothing else. Once it points at a provider (Buttondown or similar), those two fields are stored so new posts can be sent. You can unsubscribe from a link in each letter. Until newsletter.action is set, the form does not send.

Analytics

The intended analytics tool is Umami, which does not use a cookie banner at this size: no analytics cookie, about six months of event retention on the hobby plan. No script is on the site yet.

Hosting

The site is set up to be hosted on Netlify. Netlify may keep ordinary server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for a limited time, under its own policy, in order to run the host.

Why

How long

Email-list records stay until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Booking records follow Cal.com once that is connected. Umami's hobby plan keeps events for about six months. That clock does not start until the script is added.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and you can object to processing or ask for a restriction. Where it applies, you can ask for a copy in a portable form. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In North Macedonia that is the Agency for Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the EU, you can contact your local authority as well.
