How the work runs
This is a solo practice. You work with me directly. Engagements are async, so a project does not depend on overlapping office hours. A project has a fixed scope, written before it starts. A retainer has an hour cap written into it, so the month stays inside an agreed limit.
10–200 person companies in Slovenia and the Balkans first, then remote EU and US: agencies, e-commerce, services firms, and SaaS without a data team.
AI-assisted development is how I build, not a product name. The thing a client should be able to point at is a pipeline that keeps updating, and reports that match.
